More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct sections of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
